1. Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to North America, Canada, Australia, Japan and all of Europe.                                      

*Also, due to licensing agreements, certain territories may not be available to ship out posters to. We will always give details on where we can ship to for each poster

 

2. Q: Do you combine shipping?      

A: We do combined shipping on orders when applicable.

You are only allowed one print per person, however if there is a variant purchased as a second order, please contact us and we will combine shipping on your purchase.  

 

3. Q: Will you have local pick up?

A: We will not have local pick up at this time.  

 

4. Q: Can I hold an item in my cart?

A: Since these items are very limited in their edition size, your purchase is not considered official until you receive an order confirmation.  

 

5. Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Orders usually take about 3-4 weeks depending on packaging preference. Flat prints may take a little longer to receive because of the time that goes into caring for them. Shirts usually take one week to arrive.  

 

6. Q: I missed a release…can I still get a print?  

A: Unfortunately, once the item is sold out, it will never be reprinted again.

We do not hold extra inventory so once it’s gone, it is gone..Sorry.  

 

7. Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: We do sell gift cards in our store.  

 

8. Q: Do you refund gift cards?

A: We do not refund gift cards.  

 

9. Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: All orders are final.
