Grey Matter Art, Grey Matter Art LLC and/or its affiliates ("GreyMatterArt.com") provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at GreyMatterArt.com you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Grey Matter Art service or business (e.g., Your Profile) you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements ("Terms") applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control. SALES All sales are final. Items purchased through this website cannot be exchanged or returned. Multiple orders of the same item can be canceled at any time. Once the item is sold out it it will never be reprinted again. We will not hold any additional inventory either. All Items purchased must be inspected and notify us within 48 hours from delivery confirmation, otherwise purchaser can not return damaged item. OVERSOLD ITEMS Occasionally, due to unforeseen technical errors in the website, items(posters) may be oversold. In the event your order is affected by such an error, your account will be promptly refunded for the item no longer in stock and you will be notified via the email address provided at checkout. SHIPPING For orders within the United States, please allow 3-4 weeks for shipment of screen printed posters or longer should any outstanding circumstances occur. Giclee prints should take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to ship. Any shirts or smaller items ordered should take about a week. Flat prints will usually take a little longer because of the time that goes into caring for them. For international orders, please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery, additional shipping and handling charges will apply. Currently we will be shipping to the selected countries on our shop page. If you live outside of those countries stated please contact us for shipping prices. After three unsuccessful attempts to deliver, packages will be returned to sender (back to us). We will not refund shipping charges in this situation and additional charges will need to be paid by the customer to re-ship the package. Paypal: Besides credit card we will also be accepting orders through paypal. If you don't have a PayPal account its easy, free, and most importantly safe to make one and is one of the best way to buy items. Simply go to Paypal.com. All orders are shipped to your PAYPAL approved address listed on PayPal, as that is the address we receive with your order. Please check that this is your current updated address prior to making your payment. Thank You. International shipping options: If First Class International shipping cannot be insured there will be no refunds or replacements for packages that are damaged or lost if this shipping option is chosen.For all countries outside of the U.S. that don't have first class delivery confirmation, insurance is required.If the customers package is reported lost or damaged multiple times we reserve the right to deny any future services. If you would like your package insured, please choose the Priority Mail International option. Please also note that Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your respective country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We will not mark merchandise values below value or as "gifts" because US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
